- Media & Cloud Infrastructure: Property photographs and videos are hosted on cloud storage infrastructure configured with strict security access rules.
- Payment Gateways: When you purchase an optional promotional boost, our secure payment provider (Stripe) sets necessary session tokens during checkout to process payments securely.
- No Ad Trackers: We do not deploy third-party retargeting pixels, social media tracking beacons, or cross-app ad identifiers.
5. How You Can Manage or Disable Cookies
You have full control over non-essential storage technologies on SEEDHA Properties:
- Cookie Consent Banner: You can choose to accept or decline optional storage when you first visit the platform, or change your choice at any time using the link in the website footer.
- Browser Settings: Most web browsers allow you to view, manage, and delete cookies through their privacy settings. You can configure your browser to reject all third-party cookies or alert you when a cookie is set.
- Clearing Site Data: Clearing your browser cache and storage will reset your location selection, clear local favourites, and sign you out of your account.
6. Impact of Disabling Essential Technologies
If you block or disable strictly necessary cookies and local storage in your browser, core functions of the website—such as staying signed in, saving property drafts, maintaining your active location filters, or completing secure checkouts—will not function correctly.
7. Mobile Application Storage
In our mobile app, authentication tokens and saved listings are stored in sandboxed local app storage provided by the mobile operating system (iOS / Android). This storage is isolated from other apps and is cleared when you uninstall the app or log out.
